 Pat Stevens career spans over 25 years of professional real estate      experience. Pat is a member of the Coldwell Banker Burnet President's Club  and the President's International Elite (a designation awarded to only 1% of Coldwell Banker Burnet agents). She brings to her clients a passion for the real estate business and values customer service.

Pat is a member of the Minneapolis Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Southern Twin Cities Board of Realtors and holds designations as a Certified Resdiential Specialist and Relocation Specialist. Pat is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Minnesota.
